Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Agronomy Applicator to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. The role involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, maintenance of equipment and facilities, and providing professional service to our customers. Ideal candidates are mechanically-inclined, enjoy working outdoors, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals according to recommendations.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and vehicles.
- Complete applicator logs, reports, and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Promote business with customers and ensure timely product delivery.
- Train seasonal employees and operate equipment safely.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required.
