Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join ITECH Holding LLC, a trusted security solutions integrator providing customized security systems to various businesses. As a Field Services Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling Field Service Technicians across the U.S. to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule technician routes to optimize revenue and meet customer expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for job assignments and scheduling
• Manage equipment availability and shipping logistics
• Serve as the main contact for scheduling inquiries and issue resolution
• Build customer relationships and enhance satisfaction
• Utilize software for job scheduling and management
• Identify and resolve scheduling obstacles and vendor issues
• Track job progress and continuously improve processes

Requirements

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
