Job Description

We are looking for friendly, energetic Bartenders to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests by preparing and serving beverages, fulfilling food orders, and maintaining a high standard of service. You will have the opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to every guest, greeting within 30 seconds and ensuring all orders are correct.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Ring up orders promptly, handle payments, and maintain an attractive bar display.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and food & beverage specifications.
• Work as a team member, communicating effectively and contributing positively to the work environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Bartending experience.
• State alcohol compliance certification.
• Exceptional guest service skills, communication abilities, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting/moving objects up to 35 pounds and standing for long hours.
