2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and supporting the overall warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, bend, stand, reach, push, pull, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
