2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient handling and distribution of merchandise to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines ensuring proper handling.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Independently make decisions within assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving warehouse budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks in compliance with standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Work effectively in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
