2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for selecting stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment to support our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven behaviors.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
