2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi

Job Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect product quality and report issues
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently

Job Qualifications:

• Acts Competencies: Conscientiousness, Collaboration, Positive Attitude, Drive for Success, Efficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures
