2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in efficiently sorting, organizing, and handling merchandise within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and prepare shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, participate in inventory counts, and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation, and operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
