2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including selecting and receiving stock, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations and contribute to process improvements. This role requires you to be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong physical stamina to perform warehouse tasks.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
