Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will contribute to our commitment to providing quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
