Job Description

Vi Living is seeking a diligent Security Officer to join our resident services team and ensure a safe and secure environment for our community. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in responding promptly to emergencies and maintaining a high level of security for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a secure environment for residents and staff.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to medical or mechanical emergencies.
• Assess security needs and act appropriately, especially during critical situations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory, AED certification preferred.
