Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Respond quickly and effectively to medical or mechanical emergencies.
- Assess security needs and take appropriate actions, especially during critical situations.
- Communicate efficiently with residents, staff, and emergency services.
- Exercise good judgment and uphold confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- CPR and First Aid certifications (required, or willingness to obtain).
- AED certification (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay Range: $19.89 - $23.37 per hour
