Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support professional to join our team at Architectural Ceramics Inc. As a key member of the sales design team, your role will involve recording and closing sales, enhancing customer loyalty, and attracting new clients. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the showroom's appearance and supporting the sales team and store manager to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Merchandising, customer service, and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and connect with people effectively
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Resourcefulness and energetic approach to meeting customer needs
• Positive attitude and determination to succeed

Experience in retail sales and familiarity with retail practices are advantageous. Proficiency in computer skills, systems knowledge, and mathematical abilities are necessary.
