Job Description
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility position in Santa Fe, NM. Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and transfers to the unit
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Interpret assessments and diagnostic data
- Promote continuous quality improvement
- Respond to life-saving situations with nursing standards and protocols
- Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and families
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and maintain a positive professional image
Credentials Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience in the LTC/SNF setting
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution and an active FL RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD tests
- Verifiable work history and professional references
