Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to maintain a positive professional image.
- Independently handle daily operations with attention to detail and patient needs.
- Create a compassionate environment that upholds patient dignity.
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans within 8 hours of admission.
- Identify teaching needs and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent LTAC experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Valid RN license in OK and eligibility to work in the United States.
