Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at R&M Materials Handling Inc in Springfield, OH. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing commercial and technical proposals for overhead material handling equipment across various industrial environments. This role involves collaborating with distributors, designing material handling solutions, preparing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial and technical proposals for overhead material handling equipment.
• Establish distributor requirements and analyze material handling applications.
• Design material handling solutions to meet application requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with distributors on technical and commercial matters.
• Enter new equipment orders, resolve warranty issues, and recommend spare parts packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in application or sales engineering.
• Strong PC skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and provide industry-leading customer service.
