Job Description

Cassia, a well-established senior community in Davenport, Iowa, is seeking an experienced RN, Director of Health Services (DHS) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the clinical team to ensure exceptional care for our residents. You will be responsible for organizing, directing, and evaluating the clinical program, aligning with regulations and best practices. Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and create Care Plans.
• Oversee nursing care and advocate for residents’ rights.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities for nursing and care areas.
• Supervise nursing staff, including hiring and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Iowa.
• Experience in staff supervision and assisted living (AL) preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
