Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Shake Shack. As a leader in our vibrant community-gathering place, you will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead and develop the hourly team to ensure outstanding service.
- Manage support functions such as hourly payroll and scheduling.
- Maintain facility standards and build community relations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on employee relations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Expertise in driving hospitality and inspiring team members.
- P&L responsibilities for at least 1 year.
- Ability to learn Shack operations and train others effectively.
