Responsibilities
- Receive patient admissions and transfers.
- Conduct systematic patient assessments.
- Document information accurately and timely.
- Interpret diagnostic data and labs.
- Ensure quality improvement processes are followed.
- Respond to emergencies following nursing standards.
- Advocate for patients and provide education and support.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and promote a positive image.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse RN experience in LTC/SNF setting.
- Active FL RN license and Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical and TB/PPD.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
