Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Interpret assessments and diagnostic data.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards and treatment protocols.
- Advocate for patients, providing education and support to both patients and their families.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and public relations, maintaining a positive professional image.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience.
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution with an active RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD required.
- Verifiable work history and professional references are mandatory.
