Job Description

Friendship Village Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team. As a staff nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about geriatric care, dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care, and skilled in motivating and building relationships with both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned staff.
• Administer medications, perform treatments and procedures.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independent lifestyles.
• Initiate and implement individual care plans based on healthcare goals and assessments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain communication with physicians and Director of Nursing (D.O.N).

Requirements

• Current State of Missouri Registered Nurse license.
• Prior experience in geriatric care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
