Planner/Materials Coordinator

Job Description

Graber Manufacturing, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Planner/Materials Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and be proficient in utilizing Sage 100 for effective inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop and maintain production schedules.
• Utilize Sage 100 to plan and coordinate material requirements based on production needs.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization to meet production targets.
• Implement efficient inventory control strategies to reduce carrying costs while ensuring product availability.
• Generate reports within Sage 100 to monitor key inventory metrics.
• Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of materials as per production schedules.
• Communicate across departments to resolve issues affecting production timelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules and inventory levels.
• Generate regular reports on production and inventory KPIs within Sage 100.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management using Sage 100.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on optimizing production efficiency.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
