We are looking for a dedicated Pest Management Service Manager to lead our field service team and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Establish and monitor chemical distribution and usage by route.
• Schedule, monitor, and optimize field work efficiency and quality.
• Promote lead generation and sales within the team.
• Maintain quality control and resolve audit issues to customer satisfaction.
• Ensure team compliance with training requirements and company standards.
• Oversee vehicle inspection and maintenance for professionalism.
• Review and maintain service-related documentation and records.
• Participate in field visits and provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• NYSDEC 7A, 7F, 7C certification required.
• Two-year college degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in pest control or related service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented, able to work flexible hours, and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary: $52k - $70k annually.
