Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Open Heart Operating Room Nurse to join our team at ThedaCare. As part of our perioperative services team, you will work in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment, caring for patients during surgical procedures. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals and participate in various surgical specialties such as Robotics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiovascular, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
• Advocate for patients in a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Participate in life-changing care and health improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree with commitment to obtain BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
