Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients/residents, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, document observations, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assist in administering treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care delivered by non-licensed personnel.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure as required by the State Board of Nursing.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (skilled nursing center or as per state regulations for assisted living).
