Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our Domino's team in North Pinellas County, FL. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team of motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities and tasks for the team.
  • Implement cost controls, manage inventory, and supervise cash handling.
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster leadership skills.
  • Uphold company policies and standards while promoting a positive work environment.
  • Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and store cleanliness.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address service recovery as needed.
  • Promote the Domino's image and maintain store marketing standards.
