National Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a National Sales Manager to join The Barth Agency, a leader in the life insurance industry. As the National Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity for unlimited growth and income potential within our agency. You will be responsible for building a strong client base, recruiting and training agents, and helping clients find the best life insurance plans tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through warm leads without any cold calling.
• Act as a consultant to clients, providing them with life insurance solutions.
• Work as a broker with over 50+ top life insurance carriers to offer competitive premiums.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor new agents to expand our team and increase income potential.

Requirements

• Obtain a life insurance producer license in your resident state (assistance provided).
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in life insurance is beneficial but not required.
