Job Description: Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager

We are looking for a Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager to oversee our key account, e-tailer, and independent store wholesale businesses at RuffleButts Inc. This role involves managing and growing existing accounts, identifying new wholesale opportunities, and developing sales plans and strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in account development, key account management, specialty account management, team development, and online wholesale experience with platforms like Faire and NuOrder.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure strong customer relationships and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement sales plans aligning with the brand direction.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and external sales reps.
  • Manage team performance, organization, and productivity.
  • Lead growth on online wholesale platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fashion brand.
  • Strong analytical and retail math skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-growing environment.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or a related field.

Location

DFW area preferred, in-office presence at least 2 days per week.
