We are looking for a dedicated Manager Infection Control to join our team at Kettering Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all infection control procedures, policies, and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff. You will play a crucial role in preventing the spread of diseases and maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance to the facility's Infection Prevention and Control Teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to infection prevention and control.
• Identify opportunities for education and training on infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate best practices for patient care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Certification in Infection Prevention and Control required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations.

Work Environment:

• Travel to network facilities for rounds and process improvement projects.
• Fast-paced environment with multiple projects and altered hours.
• Utilization of computer systems for data analysis and research.
• Regular meetings and support to hospital units for education and reviews.
