This full-time position involves engaging with potential tenants, managing leasing inquiries, executing leases, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct apartment tours, and follow up on leads.
• Assist in creating marketing strategies and advertising rental units.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and security deposits.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance requests.
• Handle administrative tasks and other property management duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the apartment management industry preferred.
• Retail sales or hospitality backgrounds are welcomed.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Yardi, and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
