Human Resource Paralegal Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resource Paralegal Manager to join our team at Rare Collectibles TV LLC in Torrance, CA. As the Human Resource Paralegal Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance with HR practices and policies, managing employee relations, developing training programs, and overseeing time and attendance management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Facilitate the recruitment process and manage onboarding and offboarding.
• Develop and implement performance management systems and training programs.
• Oversee time and attendance tracking systems and manage documentation and recordkeeping.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and training.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Paralegal certification or experience is a plus, Paylocity experience preferred.
