Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and develop customized engine machining solutions.
- Operate and maintain machine shop equipment with expertise and safety.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse range of projects from various industries such as agriculture, high-performance, diesel, and vintage/restoration.
- Provide accurate job estimates, oversee resource allocation, and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain constant communication with clients during project execution.
- Execute different machine shop tasks including engine rebuilds, machining, and reconditioning of various components.
Requirements
- Proficient manual dexterity for machining and assembly tasks.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Mechanical inclination and ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly.
- Physical agility for standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and sitting.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
