Fine Dining Hospitality Server

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Fine Dining Hospitality Server to join our team at Hornblower - City Experiences in Washington, DC. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience on our cruises.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers following the RESPECT service system.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in common areas and service stations.
• Assist with onboard purchases, provide information to guests, and contribute to the overall entertainment experience.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards, assist with guest seating, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must have a positive and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift heavy items, work without sitting for extended periods, and be available on holidays.
• Minimum state age requirements must be met.
