About Us: Kinsley Group's TechPath, the recruitment and training division, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Generator Technician Training Program. We offer comprehensive training and advancement opportunities in the power generation industry for skilled individuals from vocational schools, colleges, military veterans, and those with technical aptitude.

The Opportunity: Joining our TechPath Training Program as an Entry Level Generator Technician, you will undergo a six-week training program blending classroom instruction, hands-on learning, and fieldwork. After completion, you will join our technician team, contribute to projects, and gain real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive six-week training program covering technical skills and troubleshooting techniques.
• Engage in hands-on learning to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
• Work with experienced technicians to gain insights and practical experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
