Responsibilities

• Help individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Assist participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Facilitate community integration and enable participants to engage in preferred activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
