Job Title: Community-Based Therapist

About the Position:

Evidence Based Associates is seeking a Community-Based Therapist to join our MST-EA team servicing the New York City metropolitan area. This role involves providing intensive individual treatment to transition age youth with criminal involvement and behavioral health challenges in their homes, schools, and neighborhoods. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, facilitate home- and community-based treatment, and collaborate with families and community agency staff. Extensive clinical training and supervision are provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and mental status exams.
• Develop trauma-informed treatment plans and engage social network members.
• Ensure client safety, monitor substance use, and oversee discharge planning.
• Maintain documentation, communicate with referral sources, and participate in trainings.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with funders, providers, and agencies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field, required license.
• Experience with adolescents, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and energy level.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel required.

Employment:

Full-time position with required community-based clinical services throughout boroughs.

Salary:

$60,000-65,000 annually.
