Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized healthcare, is currently seeking caring and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in various locations, including Lawrenceville, NJ, Hamilton, NJ, and Bordentown, NJ. As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges. Your role will involve providing essential training, assistance, and support to help enhance the quality of life for those under our care.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance, and supervision in daily living skills, recreational activities, and other forms of support in residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Facilitate positive relationships between individuals served and employers, as well as support community engagement through accompanied outings and transportation assistance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Successful background check clearance.
• Caring attitude with a dedication to helping others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
