Job Description

Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Life Skills Trainers/Caregivers. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals by providing training, assistance, and support in various daily activities and community engagement.


  • Provide training, assistance, and supervision in living skills and therapeutic activities.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
  • Support community involvement and work relationships for individuals served.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in human services.
  • Valid Driver's License and background clearance.
  • Caring attitude, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
