In this role, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals by providing training, assistance, and support in various daily activities and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide training, assistance, and supervision in living skills and therapeutic activities.
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration.
- Support community involvement and work relationships for individuals served.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in human services.
- Valid Driver's License and background clearance.
- Caring attitude, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
