Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the efficient flow of products to our stores. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide feedback for process improvement and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and basic math skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team setting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating industrial equipment.
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and environments.
