Job Summary

The Instrument Repair Technician & Operations Assistant will be responsible for servicing customers' optical and GNSS equipment by performing diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and upgrades. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Branch Manager in customer relations, order coordination, showroom display, and inventory management.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Provide high-quality service in line with our standards.
• Create and process service work orders.
• Repair and calibrate survey and mapping equipment.
• Test and configure products for customer use.
• Assist in maintaining equipment rentals and customer relations.

Requirements

• Prior experience with electronics or survey equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in land surveying or construction.
• Occasional travel may be required for training.

Competencies

• Proficiency in Windows 10 operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal accountability and ability to multitask under pressure.
