Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a variety of common challenges related to healthcare, aging, and end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to patients and families.
- Address issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-3 years of professional social work experience.
- LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
