Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a PRN Social Worker at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide essential clinical social work services to patients/residents and families. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychosocial assessments, addressing common problems such as adjustment issues, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments.
- Assist patients/residents and families with various challenges.
- Offer counseling related to death and dying and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
- Strong understanding of social work theory and practice.
