Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, addressing various challenges they may face. Your responsibilities will include assisting with adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, counseling related to medical diagnoses and procedures, discharge planning, and support for end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
