Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker (PRN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a member of the Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common problems such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life issues.

Requirements

  • Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
