Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health, based in Baltimore, MD. As a member of our Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide crucial clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and counseling on end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
