Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN I Nurse Resident or Nurse Graduate to join our Med Surg team at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers flexible day or night shifts with the potential for up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus. As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of an innovative program that provides individualized new nurse orientations and internships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program.
• Provide quality patient care in designated units such as Oncology, Pulmonary ID, Ortho/Neuro Trauma, Rehab, GI/GU.
• Work collaboratively with clinical coaches, preceptors, and a dedicated orientation team.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
• Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Less than 1 year of experience required.
