Job Description
We are currently seeking Nurse Residents/Nurse Graduates to join our Emergency Room team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers day or night shifts with flexible hours. The successful candidates will participate in our Nurse Resident-New Grad Registered Nurse Program, which provides individualized orientations, internships, and ongoing support to help you transition smoothly into your new role.
Responsibilities
- Acquire basic professional knowledge in the specialized field.
- Participate in classes, present cases, and develop clinical skills.
- Obtain Maryland RN License and American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- Engage with clinical coaches and life coaches for guidance and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
