Responsibilities
- Supervise leasing and maintenance staff.
- Maintain property occupancy and market properties effectively.
- Approve lease applicants and manage revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
- Coordinate resident activities and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure property reporting and budget compliance.
- Conduct HR functions and assist other properties as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- 2-5 years of multifamily property management experience.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle physical demands and office-related tasks.
Benefits
Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000, based on skills and location. Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, mileage stipend, and housing discounts.
