Are you a licensed Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker looking to make a positive impact in the field of mental health? Marion County Health and Human Services is expanding its Adult Behavioral Health Program and seeking professionals to join our team in providing therapy to individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI).

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, skills trainers, case managers, peer support specialists, prescribers, and supported employment and education specialists. The position offers the opportunity to enhance clinical skills, act as a lead clinician, and provide clinical consultation to interns and staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mental health therapy to individuals with SPMI.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Act as a lead clinician and provide clinical consultation.
  • Offer crisis intervention and specialized therapeutic interventions.
  • Complete required clinical documentation and meet performance standards.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • State of Oregon licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Minimum one year of postgraduate experience in behavioral health.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment protocols.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
