Job Description
The Member Experience Specialist at VASA Fitness plays a crucial role in delivering a fun and meaningful experience to members and guests on every visit. This includes creating personal connections, ensuring a clean and organized club, and executing operational standards. Additionally, this role involves membership sales, driving upgrades, and offering club tours to guests and members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
- Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone.
- Anticipate and respond to guest and member needs regarding memberships, pricing, amenities, and class formats.
- Provide club tours, sell memberships, assist with upgrades, and book personal training consultations.
- Consistently find ways to improve the member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team to implement ideas.
- Execute daily responsibilities to maintain high operational standards, including guest and member check-in processes, cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
